SIMPLE AND HELLPFULL
Drink plenty of Soup and drink lots of water and fill yourself up with liquids and detox yourself I lost over 6 sizes down..I was a XXL now I'm a Medium I like to enjoy Potaote and Leek Soup and I love waking up early for a morning Coffee :D If you keep a Diary always write down whats your main food that you eat,and Track down your Size without counting calories.When I think of Calorie counting I think of Lose of Control but If I fill my self with Liquids It keep my headaches away,especially when I drink Water.Even if you don't drink a lot always have a glass at every meal time and you'll feel VERY Full up *.* Heres a great way to count calories if you DO count them. https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html

HOILDAYS & WINTER READY!
Next week I'm going on holidays to Carlow ..Ill post again when I loose more weight and send in some pictures ,the Before & after my goal weight is a size 1#Goal weight is a size 14--to a Size 6-Size 4 :) I'm in recovery at the moment ,all the staff are all over me,Kinda like being raped, Asking how much did I have for breakfast and If Id Like some dinner ..I smoke 1 cigarette every half an hour to keep me feeling better about it all and not getting upset if the staff annoy me!! My favourite food is herbal teas with sweetners,Miwadi pineapple, Popcorn(low fat)-(NOT FROM THE CINEMA) Pears, That's my "Safe" foods that I wont feel guilty afterwards *.* I Take regular Naps If I ate a big lunch Like Eating Chicken Soup or Noodles that give me EXTRA Hunger pains I curl up in a ball to keep me thinking straight ..(Like, Not going to the kitchen and grab a sand which and think that wont make me fat, So why take that chance ,Its up to me when I feel comfortable ,and eat when I feel "Safe". Breathe from sia is a good song to listen to .
"Just Breathe"Its so true ,It helps when you open the fridge and take more then a minute to decide on what to have! So ..Just breathe ,Close the fridge and do something to make up your time till you nxt eat.Fill up on water is good and flushs out the fat :D WATCH THIS SPACE

Eat like a skelton :D
SO its Easter on Sunday and I'm getting a Dairy free easter egg coz I'm on a dairy free diet/gluten free diet I dont want to loose alot of weight I just want to tone up and be happy with my own skin.Writing down what I ate is making me eat even more and nervous so Im just eating sandwich's ,soups,Gluten free cereal and Ben and Jerrys Ice cream (cookie dough) I also went to the private gym and broke out a sweat ,after the gym I felt all weak and had wobbly legs so I went and treated myself to some jelly babies (gluten free).I went to the doctors today this morning and got an ECG done and its very good if your bulmic it stops the craving and the stress of throwing up all the time.
